Je suis indépendant(e) et je ne trouve pas d’informations sur les procédures à suivre pour me détacher à l’étranger. Où puis-je les trouver?

Les procédures concernant le détachement de personnel à l’étranger en tant qu’employeur ou indépendant figurent dans notre FAQ.

Dans le pays où j’ai été détaché(e), tous mes collègues perçoivent le salaire minimum. Est-ce que j’y ai également droit?

OUI – Pendant toute la durée du détachement, votre employeur est tenu de respecter les règles de base applicables à la protection des travailleurs dans le pays d’accueil, notamment en ce qui concerne le salaire minimum, le temps de travail, les périodes minimales de repos, etc.

Que se passe-t-il si j’ai un accident pendant mon détachement dans un autre pays de l’UE? L’organisme de sécurité sociale de mon pays me couvrira-t-il, moi et ma famille?

OUI, pendant deux ans maximum, que vous ayez été détaché(e) par votre employeur ou par vous-même si vous êtes un(e) travailleur/-euse indépendant(e).

Vous devrez être en possession des deux documents suivants pour pouvoir être soigné(e) dans le pays où vous êtes détaché(e):

une carte européenne d’assurance maladie;
un formulaire A1 [qui prouve que vous êtes couvert(e) par votre pays d’origine].
