Ik ben zelfstandige en kan geen informatie vinden over de procedures die ik moet volgen als ik mezelf in het buitenland wil detacheren. Waar vind ik die?

In het land waarin ik gedetacheerd ben, verdienen al mijn collega’s het minimumloon. Heb ik daar ook recht op?
JA, tijdens uw hele periode in het buitenland is uw werkgever verplicht zich te houden aan de regels die gelden in het land waar u werkt, bv. voor minimumloon, werk- en rusttijden enz.
Het verbindingskantoor voor gedetacheerden in het gastland kan u meer hierover vertellen.
Wat gebeurt er als ik in de detacheringsperiode in een ander EU-land een ongeluk krijg? Zijn mijn gezin en ik gedekt door het gezondheidszorgstelsel in ons thuisland?
JA, gedurende maximaal 2 jaar, ongeacht of u door uw werkgever gedetacheerd bent of zichzelf als zelfstandige gedetacheerd hebt.
Voor medische behandelingen ter plaatse hebt u 2 documenten nodig:
- de Europese zorgpas
- het A1-formulier (waarmee u kan aantonen dat u in uw thuisland verzekerd bent)
