Professional qualifications

Documents [permanent stay]

If you have obtained your professional qualification out of the EU, you should check with responsible authority whether you can apply for the recognition of your professional qualifications.

If you wish to work as a physiotherapist in Sweden on a permanent basis you will have to submit the following documents:

  • Form of application
  • Certified copy of passport
  • Certified copy of Diploma + Supplement + translation of authorised translator
  • Certified copy of Service Certificate + translation
  • Certificate of Current Professional Status from the Competent authority + translation
