As of 30 March 2019, all EU law will cease to apply to the UK, unless a ratified withdrawal agreement establishes another date, or the European Council and the UK decide unanimously to extend the two-year negotiation period. For more information about the legal repercussions for businesses:

EU excise duty rules cover the following products: Alcohol, alcoholic drinks, energy products, electricity, and tobacco products. There are reduced rates and exemptions available such as duty-free purchases.

Make sure you know when you should pay excise duties and how to get duty reimbursed, when a product becomes subject to excise duty and how you can check if an excise duty number is valid. There are special rules when selling online, especially for certain goods such as tobacco.
