  • online, via the web form
  • Call EUROPE DIRECT, the EU general information service, on the free phone(*) number 00800 6 7 8 9 10 11 from anywhere in the EU.

    Either way, you should receive a reply in your own language within a week.

Again, 2 options:
  • e-mail

    If you have not received a reply within a week, contact us at youreuropeadvice@ec.europa.eu, but never use this e-mail address to submit an enquiry.
  • phone

    We will attempt to reach you by phone up to 3 times in the week following your enquiry. If we haven't reached you by then, we will then send the reply by e-mail (if you gave an e-mail address in your enquiry).
