I plan to travel by coach from Malaga to Faro. However, a different price is being quoted depending on whether I buy the tickets in Spain or Portugal. Is this price discrimination permitted?
NO - You may not be charged a higher price because of your nationality or where you are buying the ticket from.
I booked a bus ticket from Maastricht to Brussels. The bus was delayed for two hours. Surely, this delay entitles me to reimbursement of part of my ticket?
NO - As this journey is less than 250km, you do not have an automatic right to reimbursement of your ticket.
