Reserved lanes may be used only by regular public transport services. Other vehicles may use them only to pick up and drop off passengers (unless this will impede the flow of regular public transport). |
It is prohibited in general to drive whilst under the influence of drugs or any other intoxicating substances. There are no rules concerning specific types of drugs. |

Emergency vehicles with flashing blue lights and sirens can ignore the red light, provided they do not endanger other road users. |
