EU parking card for people with disabilities - Hungary

Applicable conditions

On roads and in car parks, parking places reserved for persons with disabilities are normally close to the entrance and marked with a wheelchair symbol. Displaying the parking card is obligatory all the time

Parking on roads

• You may park free of charge on roads where payment is required
• You may exceed the time limit on roads where parking is free but restricted by time
• You may park in pedestrian zones even if it is prohibited
• You may park on roads where parking is otherwise prohibited with a traffic sign

Parking in car parks

Regulations in car parks vary. In most areas you may park free of charge and without time limit where payment is required.
