Slovak Head of State Andrej Kiska visits the European Union pavilion at Expo Milano

On the occasion of the Slovak National Day at Expo Milano, on 24 June 2015 we were honoured to welcome Slovak Head of State Andrej Kiska at our pavilion.

During the visit, Commissioner David Wilkinson accompanied the President through the European Union pavilion, starting by presenting the European integration timeline and following through the story of Sylvia and Alex, protagonists of the animated film "The Golden Ear" in our 4D cinema. The visit concluded in our interactive content centre where visitors can receive further information about the European Union’s contribution to feeding the planet.
