Food Futuring Tour 21 June 10:00 – 17:30

Food Futuring Tours is participatory experience which aims at re-imagining food in the XXI century, collecting ideas, visions and imaginaries about the future of food and food of the future, and their possible social – inclusive of ethical and cultural aspects – and environmental impacts inspired by what we see at the Expo 2015.

It will be a visual experience that will take participants into a semi-guided walking tour of the Expo who will be recording their experience in visual and other forms. As an individual reflexion, first, participants will be noticing and recording issues that inevitably draw from personal insights on the future of food. As a collective deliberation, participants will gather together and re-imagine food futures and future of foods in the form of timelines.

All work produced will be told and showed at the end of Expo. Five different tours are envisaged at present during the Expo 2015 event. The tour develops during a full day for a total of 6 hours.
