Expo Milano, International Agricultural Forum: Phil Hogan, EU Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development, visits the EU pavilion

Today, 05 June 2015, we were honoured to welcome Phil Hogan, European Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development, at the EU pavilion at Expo Milan 2015.

During the visit, our Deputy Commissioner Giancarlo Caratti accompanied Commissioner Hogan through the European Union pavilion, thus presenting its core concept and illustrating the story of Sylvia and Alex, protagonists of the animated film "The Golden Ear". From the waiting line illustrating the milestones of European integration, moving on to the pre-show and the film screening in our 4D cinema, the visit was an opportunity to present Europe via new forms of communication and interaction with citizens.
