Conference on "Hygiene and flexibility for small food producers. Fit for purpose?" Celebration of the 10th BTSF anniversary

The event aims at having an exchange of views between competent Authorities, small producers and EU Commission on the application of the flexibility rules foreseen in the EU hygiene legislation after 10 years from the publication of the so called hygiene package.

The conference will also mark ten years of concrete training within the Better Training for Safer Food programme (BTSF), which is an important initiative of the European Commission to play a key role in spreading knowledge and awareness of EU legislation and in ensuring harmonisation and uniformity of control activities across the EU.
