Best practices in improving the sustainability of agriculture

On 6 July 2015 we will be glad to host in our pavilion at Expo Milano 2015 a workshop on "Best practices in improving the sustainability of agriculture". The event is organised by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) and Directorate-General for the Environment.

The workshop will showcase best practices to improve the environmental performance of the agricultural sector and contribute to the sustainability of food production. It will summarise the main outcomes of a 2 years collaboration between many experts from the sector and the JRC, in the framework of the development of an EMAS Sectoral Reference Document on Best Environmental Management Practice for the agriculture sector.
