Deputy PM and Minister of Economy Piechociński visits the European Union pavilion at Expo Milano 2015

On 13 September 2015, Mr Janusz Piechociński, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy of Poland visited the European Union pavilion at Expo 2015 Milano.

Pavilion’s Director Matteo Fornara and Stephan Lechner, Director of the Institute for the Protection and the Security of the Citizen (IPSC) at the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC) accompanied our guests through the European Union pavilion, starting by presenting the European integration timeline and following through the story of Sylvia and Alex, protagonists of the animated film "The Golden Ear" in our 4D cinema.

The visit concluded in our interactive content centre where visitors can receive further information about the European Union’s contribution to feeding the planet.
