Agribusiness and trade: friends or foes?

The Aspen Forum at Expo programming will feature a series of workshops, panel discussions, interviews, dinner events and tutorials to foster dialogue, aggregate ideas, and showcase innovations in food security, nutrition, global health, sustainability in the challenge of Expo: Feeding the Planet.

To this venue, the Aspen network of partners with FAO-Food and Agriculture Organization and WHO-World Health Organization, will bring 2 days of planned programming. More in detail, Aspen Institute Italia is organizing an event on July 9 dedicated to the theme of trade and agribusiness, a central issue to the EU policies.

The institute aims at gathering a group of 80 people - including the Institute’s Italian and international Trustees - as well as European policy-makers. Amongst the speakers, key representatives from institutions, academia and business will be involved to contribute with their expertise to the discussion.
