Resonances - Science, Art & Politics

A two-day festival 'Resonances', where the Directorate-General Joint Research Centre (DG JRC), the European Commission's in-house science service, will experiment with the building blocks of science, politics and the arts to explore different ways of discussing scientific, ethical and policy relevant issues.

On Wednesday 14/10, don't miss the dialogue on Feeding the Planet and the role of various “disciplines” to make it happen with Franz Fischler (ex-Commissioner for Agriculture, Chairman EU SCC for EXPO) and Massimo Montanari (Prof. of History and Culture, Uni. Bologna). This dialogue will be moderated by Vladimír Šucha, Director-General of the EC Joint Research Centre.
