Be a Researcher for a day

On 19-20 September 2015, the Marie Skłodowska-Curie actions (MSCA) will organise a two days awareness activities "Be a researcher for a day" on Naviglio Grande to bring EU researchers closer to the Italian. Researchers funded by the MSCA will engage in outreach activities with the general public and share their passion for science.

The activities and the research showcased will be linked to the themes of EXPO Milano 2015: "sustainable development, food, biodiversity, cultural heritage". The activities might take various forms such as hands-on experiments, games, science shows, competitions or quizzes (DNA extraction from plants, testing of sensory faculties on olive oils, 3D imaging, etc).

Saturday 19 September : 14.00-18.00: activities for children and families / 18.00-21.00 scientific activities for adults 

Sunday 20 September : 12.00 - 18.00 activities for children and families
