In March and April 2007, representatives of the EU delegation in Venezuela will visit French, German, Portuguese and Italian schools in Caracas to explain the role and importance of the EU today.
Special attention will be given to the ideals expressed in the "Together" logo – tolerance, diversity, respect and cultural encounters. The EU's 50th anniversary logo will be the central theme of a drawing contest – children aged 7-12 will be invited to draw what Europe means to them, with the 2007 logo providing inspiration. The 13 winners will be part of the delegation's calendar for 2008.
