Special chat session
The members of the ‘European Information Multipliers Network’ will discuss the communication initiatives launched to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome in a chat session organised on 23 March.
The Representation of the European Commission in Romania will organise a chat session on 23 March for members of the ‘European Information Multipliers Network’. The network was created in 2000 with the aim of bringing EU information closer to citizens at local and regional level, and currently has about 1000 members. The participants will have the opportunity to discuss the communication initiatives launched by EU institutions as part of celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome and to seek concrete synergies for developing similar activities at local level.
The online chat will take place via the IT platform of the EC Representation’s Website. In preparation for the chat session, the EC Representation will send out an information pack outlining the main EU communication activities related to the 50th anniversary. A Team Europe expert and a member from the Info team of the EC Representation will jointly moderate the online chat.
