The non-governmental organisation, the ProDemocracy Association, is organising a conference entitled “European Values in Local Government”. The event will include the presentation of local development plans in the context of the recent accession of Romania to the European Union.
Numerous debates on the subject of the 50th Anniversary of the Treaty of Rome will take place and information material will be distributed to the participants. Representatives of the public administration, the mass media as well as all interested citizens are invited to take part in the event.
