project description

We are looking forward to meet you at Espaces Youth Training Center in Yerevan, Armenia. Activities proposed within ‘’Young Citizens of Armenia’’ project where the Polish EVS volunteer will be involved are:
• Animation of youth clubs with local volunteers
• Running a blog (
• E-Learning platform
• Help local volunteers with their mini projects
• Participating in clubs in villages
• Propose own project ideas

accommodation, food and transport arrangements

The volunteers will be sharing a flat with other volunteers, but still s/he will have a personal room. There will be common areas: bathroom, kitchen, living room in the flat. The flat has main facilities inside (hot water, shower, washing machine, Internet). The flat is a 5 min walk from the working place. The volunteer will monthly receive money for food (150€). 60€ per month will be given to volunteer as pocket money.

volunteer profile

There are no requirements of special competences. However, we take into consideration the following criteria while recruiting a volunteer to be hosted in the organisation:

• Highly motivated towards the project themes and tasks
• Interested in Intercultural dialogue and cooperation
• Motivated in sharing and studying through experience
• Open minded, flexible to understand other cultural behaviors
• Interested in working with young people and in implementing youth projects
• Fewer opportunities (rural areas, social difficulties, economic obstacles)
