LAW's core objectives:1. To promote and engage young adults in formal and non-formal education with a variety of inspirational and career developing training programmes.2. To offer equal chances for mobility programmes for young adults with fewer opportunities.LAW is working closely with Career Change Wales Training Academy, (CCW), a sister company, to collaborate and to share experiences and infrastructure. CCW's knowledge, experience and successful track record working closely with the Welsh Government and local Careers Advisors for the past six years bring added value to LAW. LAW's directors, volunteers and trainers have expertise in the delivery of soft skills and vocational qualifications which enables learners to become more confident and increase their employability. LAW is currently developing non-formal educational methods which will make the participants feel at ease allowing them to enjoy their learning thus removing any learning barriers. LAW understands that every participant is an individual and their training is defined by this ethos by assessing each individual independently. As a new non-profit making company by guarantee, LAW will promote people's personal development among those with fewer opportunities, young and/or adults, encouraging them to invest in their future and in their careers.
