«Mandate of Future» NGO (hereinafter: NGO or Organization) is an Armenian youth Organization established in 2011. Situated in Yerevan the NGO works with youth coming from all over the Armenia with a special accent on those with geographical, social and economic disadvantages.
The vision of the Organization is to create a world where all people are valued and included in the social life. Our mission is to provide leadership, breakthrough knowledge, skills and humanistic attitudes, as well as innovative resources to advance the development of youth, families, and communities and support the realization of their full potential in personal and social life.
To realize its goals and perspectives our NGO cooperates with state governmental and local bodies, international and foreign organizations such as the Ministry of Education and Science of RA, the Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs of RA, Yerevan Municipality, Armenian Youth Fund, Youth Centers of Regions, UN Population Fund, UNICEF, UMCOR Armenia, “People to People” international organization, The Armenian branch of “World Vision International” benevolent organization and other charity, state and international organizations and NGOs.
The main target of the Organization are YOUTH at the age of 16-30. Depending on the number of ongoing projects the number of our stakeholders can change, for example for 2018, taking into consideration the started and approved projects youth engaged in our activities will be more then 500. To reach its goals the NGO provides trainings, consultations, special projects, campaigns, flesh mobs, spreading information and providing possibilities for exchange of information and competences with their peers. All the projects greatly were organized and implemented by youth members of the Organization. We are actively involved in youth policy development and implementation processes. Our General Strategic directions for 2017-2020 are: Youth Participation, Cultural inclusion and Youth Work.
We would love to be able to be a part of Erasmus Plus Youth Mobility project in order to have the opportunity to help young people to travel, exchange knowledge and skills, to discover European culture and to shear Armenian identity. Being an internationally engaged youth volunteering organization will help us an a youth ngo to build a strong network and cooperation of international organizations to promote youth participation and cultural dialog.
This organisation is willing to involve volunteers who face situations which make their participation in activities more difficult, from the following categories for different types of project:
