World Forum for Democracy 2018 - Gender Equality: Whose Battle?

This year the forum focuses on two keys issues: women's public, political and economic participation, and combating violence against women in the wake of #MeToo.

From November 19th-21st, Strasbourg will host the 2018 World Forum for Democracy.

With a packed programme over the three days, the sixth edition of the forum will be sure to have something for all 2,500 participants.

From keynote speakers to interactive labs, this year will look to build on previous success in engaging decision-makers and activists on important topics in a unique setting.

Why not register, and see the impact that you can have!

About the Forum:

The World Forum for Democracy is a unique platform for political decision-makers and activists to debate solutions to key challenges for democracies worldwide. By identifying and analysing experimental initiatives and practices, the Forum highlights and encourages democracy innovations at the grassroots and their transfer on a systemic level in order to strengthen the foundations of democratic societies. The Forum thus contributes to the evolution of democracy towards more participatory and inclusive structures and institutions.
