Project descriptionRole and Tasks as a Volunteer: Assist the organization with all matters and procedures related to the projects and activities according to the instructions and guidelines of the executive director. Communicate relevant information to the team and keep the executive director updated on all details relevant to the projects. Ensure the proper documentation of work procedures and the proper and effective filling of all documents and information related to the projects. Assist with drafting project proposals, evaluation forms, follow-up and communication letters, project summaries, and all other documents related to the project. Manage, organize, and update information and data. Monitor project plans, work hours, budget, and expenditures, and prepare concise and timely reports for the executive director. Assisting MAP in all their activities and projects during their stay which includes the organization and preparation for conferences, trainings, public discussions and other events.
Accommodation, food and transport arrangementsMAP’s office is located in Kaslik, which is in the city of Jounieh. MAP will assist in finding you an apartment for your living arrangement. There is also the option of renting dorms as there are universities nearby. You will receive a monthly allowance for food and transportation, in addition to pocket money from EVS. MAP guarantees a minimum of 24 working hours per week and a maximum of 38hrs/week. The number of hours worked per day may vary depending on the tasks related to specific activities, but a total number of hours worked per weekshall not exceed 38.
