Activity description

Tasks/activities -Promote the possibilities of the European projects' mobility, within the scope of volunteering, to the youth of the region, in France and abroad -Assist with delivering the needed information in the region via : Organizing meetings with the general public, communication through social media, developing and distributing the newsletter and proposing additional methods of communication -Assist with the implementation of one or more international volunteering projects Assist with the promotion and the design of non-formal education and popular education tools through: communication, creation of supporting documents, tools and the facilitation of workshops -Assist with the creation of trainings: including the preparation of popular education tools, assisting with the logistics and the schedule -Assist with the development of partnerships: Following up with the external partners according to the training themes, as well as seeking new partnerships

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

Accommodation and food will be provided. You will be staying in ‘’Maison des Volontaires’’ in the 13th district, with access to an individual studio with a toilet, a shower, and a kitchen. You will eat with the staff during the working days and at the house during the weekends and the days-off. We will encourage the purchase of local and seasonal products.

Training during the activity

The volunteer's mission will take place in daily collaboration with the other international and French volunteers of the delegation of Ile-de-France, as well as between the volunteers and employees of the association Activity period : From 3 January 2022 to 3 June 2022 The volunteer will work approx. 24 hours per week. They are entitled to 3 days-off per week, which will be mainly the weekends and a day to be agreed upon. They may be asked to work during some weekends due to some specifically planned activity.
