There are many more courses, just take some time and browse those sites. Enrolment is free, but if you wish to have a certificate, you'll need to pay. Fees differ from course to course, but you'll need to obtain a passing grade to get one. It might sound like school, but if don't want to, you needn't have to take any tests. Pay attention to edX offer of MicroMasters as well, you might get some bonus points at your university.
