European Human Rights Moot Court Competition

The 7th edition of this competition will take place between the 15th and 18th of April 2019, giving law students the opportunity to gain some practical experience!

The European Law student's assosciation (ELSA), in conjunction with the Council of Europe is open for teams of 2-4 students enrolled in undergraduate/masters studies in law. Students from ELSA/Council of Europe countries are eligible to partake.

Teams will be evaluated based on their written admissions and the best 20 will compete in the European final at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France. Qualifying teams will have accomodation and meal fees covered.  

Prizes include traineeships at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, and at the Council of Europe Liason Office with the European Union in Brussels. 

Deadline for teams to register is November 18th, 2018.
