Where can I find volunteering opportunities?
(Flanders and the Dutch-speaking Community in Brussels)
For jobs, publications, new developments and much more, visit: www.vrijwilligerswerk.be . This website was created by Provincial Volunteer Centres, Het Punt (Centre for Volunteering in Brussels) and the Flemish Centre for Volunteering. You will find organisations seeking volunteers, other volunteers, and a lot of information about training and information sessions.
Of course, you can always go to a Provincial Volunteer Centre. In addition, many cities and towns are looking for volunteers. Take a look at your town’s website, or go to information desk.
There are also plenty of websites where you can look for a challenging volunteering opportunity.
