Company cars – Poland

The law on road traffic in Poland does not define the term ‘company car', and consequently does not lay down any specific conditions for the use of such vehicles on the roads or specific registration requirements.

The legislation does not contain any provisions on the use of company cars for private purposes either; it only governs, at national level, the use of private cars (registered in Poland) for business purposes.

The rules governing the use of company cars for private purposes are usually set out in contracts between firms and their employees.
