Starting a business – Netherlands

For the registration of a new companynl forms have to be downloaded, printed out, filled in, signed and returned to the Chamber of Commerce by post.

Business.gov.nl offers information on rules and regulations, licences, taxes that apply and subsidies you may be eligible for. It is the Point of Single Contact for the Netherlands.

The Ministry of Economic Affairs also administers a business forumnl, where entrepreneurs can discuss matters of direct concern.
