Terms of employment – Spain

Temporary contracts of less than 4 weeks: under the Statute of Workers' Rights (Article 8.2)es these do not need to be formalised in writing, but they do have to be reportedes to the Public Employment Serviceses .

Part-time contracts with unlimited hours: these must be formalised in writing ( Article 8.2 of the Statute of Workers' Rightses ); the hours worked must also be recorded daily and the employee must be given a record of the hours worked each month.
