Climate and Environmental Protection in Capital Cities and Regions: What´s next?

Capital cities and regions are facing a number of environmental issues. Ongoing climate change with repeated heat waves and floods are hitting the cities, excessive noise and air pollution is the result of increasing traffic and urban densification. To tackle these issues, various strategies are implemented to adapt to climate change, to improve urban climate and biodiversity and introduce the concept of circular economy and green procurement. The Capital Cities and Regions Network workshop will address these challenges and present the inspiring measures of tackling them from all over the EU.

      Try to come in and if there is a free chair even after the start of the workshop, make yourself comfortable! Though you should have been registered for at least on workshop in order to have a budge that allow you to enter Agora Square conference center.
