Reuse and repair in a circular economy

The session aims to showcase reuse and repair initiatives, highlighting their impact on a circular and social economy. The session was conceived as a participatory lab facilitating interactive work and debate on key success factors for a wider deployment of a) reuse and repair centres, b) social integration and the social economy and c) digital reuse and repair tools. Indicative agenda:

  • Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform introduction and video feature (8 mins)
  • Introduction to the topic in the form of a discussion between the moderator (15 mins)
  • Q&A (7 mins)
  • Breakout rooms for three participatory roundtables addressing key success factors (40 mins):
    • reuse and repair centres
    • social integration and social economy and
    • digital reuse and repair tools 
  • Report to plenary (12 mins)
  • Q&A and wrap-up (8 mins)
