The coronavirus pandemic has upended life as we know it. Borders are back and negative socioeconomic consequences are fast beginning to show. How will central Europe cope with the aftermath of this crisis? Despite an initial focus on national responses, we believe #cooperationiscentral for regions and cities to become more resilient places in a green way. Our speaker will make an engaging case for cooperation funded by Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE and why it helps secure a better future for us all.
Interreg has been a key instrument for territorial cooperation. Our projects are building trust beyond national borders and developing innovative solutions for joint challenges in central Europe. In our talk, we will show how our transnational cooperation addresses specific challenges, related to the aftermath of the coronavirus crisis but also in view of a just transition to a greener Europe. Our speaker will be supported by digital soundbites from people in the regions, experts and policy makers.
