In the framework of the Estonian EU Presidency, the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) ‘various interests’ group will organise an extraordinary meeting which will take place in Tallinn.
The conference ‘Smart solutions for sustainable and inclusive societies’ will focus on promoting e-services, e-government, urban development and e-solutions and their role in boosting innovation and sustainable and inclusive EU, which is a crucial component of the upcoming Estonian Presidency's work programme/priorities. The conference will be attended by local civil society stakeholders.
Two parallel workshops will give the opportunity to focus on one side on smart technologies servicing balanced social development, and on smart solutions for sustainable agriculture on the other.
Estonian President, Mrs. Kersti KALJULAID will welcome the members and the other guests at the beginning of the conference.
