This event will a great opportunity to strengthen the network between science, industry and seafood safety authorities. The main outputs from the EU-funded ECsafeSEAFOOD project will be presented at the stakeholders session dedicated to the Industry, Food safety organisations/authorities, consumer associations and scientific community. Findings and innovations developed within the project will be shared. Furthermore, seven topics related with food safety will be discussed in the scientific session, where the scientific community can present innovative research.
