The Energy Management Institute, with the support of the Bulgarian Ministry of Energy, is organising this one-day conference.
The key objective of the event is to review to what extent the voice of the non-governmental sector is heard in the process of formulating and executing the energy policy at European, regional and national level and what needs to be improved.
In this context, particular focus will be also placed on South-East Europe in general and the Western Balkans in concrete, which will be put in the overall European and EU framework.
Maroš Šefčovič, Vice-President of the European Commission in charge of the Energy Union, will speak at this event.
