Film professionals and audiovisual experts, and national and European public institutions’ representatives will meet in Bucharest to discuss the re-evaluation of cinematographic co-production models and present the financial instruments specific for the world film market.

The conference will address aspects of the established cinematographic co-production model in intersection with the new technological challenges, as well as the complementarity with the existing financial programmes, in order to highlight the impact on the promotion of European cultural identity within the EU and in external actions.

Therefore, participants will look back at the core values that led to such a complex framework supporting the creation of European audiovisual works, while highlighting the present co-production landscape and looking for solutions to boost cooperation between players and enhance the quality of European audiovisual works.
