The European Union hosts a variety of tasting exhibitions and experiences throughout the Middle East. The More Than Food Tasting Experiences pop up in shopping centres, food festivals and other venues throughout the year, with a sampling menu of seasonal and authentic EU food and beverages.
You might be familiar with the products on display, but these are not your standard tasting events. Take your taste buds on a trip with European food and drink products available in your area.
For four days on 18-21 May, visitors to Hayat Mall in Riyadh enjoyed a range of European delicacies made available for sampling courtesy of the EU More than Food campaign.
This July, the EU More than Food tour will be visiting the Triplet Cities, with a stop at Al Rashid Mall. From cereals to cheeses and sweets to fruits, a selection of European classics awaits you!
On 8-11 June, the EU More than Food campaign brought a uniquely European tasting experience to the Red Sea Mall in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
From 24-27 March 2022, visitors to the Mall of Emirates in Dubai were treated to a selection of culinary delights courtesy of the European More Than Food Campaign. Among the delicacies on offer: French Brie, Spanish Beef Chorizo and German Organic Rye Bread.
The European More Than Food Tasting Tour came to City Center Mirdif Dubai from 20 – 23 October 2021. Italian Bresaola (cured beef), Hungarian cow cheese, and French Brie were just a few of the European delicacies available to taste at the stand located in the central Atrium.

From 27 to 29 June, the Dubai Mall hosted the European Union’s ‘More Than Food’ tasting exhibition. It was organised to present the wide variety of high quality food and beverages that the EU has to offer. The exhibition was the second stop for the ‘More Than Food’ campaign in the Middle East, next stop being Riyadh on 27 August and 29-31 August.
Starting on Eid, the European Union (EU) presented a wide diversity of food and drinks at the Marina Mall from 4 to 6 June, together with several Virtual Reality videos on the production methods. This ‘More Than Food’ tasting exhibition was a great success.
