The Europass platform may face unexpected issues on some functionalities due to technical updates or errors.
Below you can find a list of confirmed times when such incidents have occurred. This list is compiled and verified by the Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion (EMPL) and can be provided as proof of inability to access some functionalities of the Europass platform.

Users are facing issues with logging in to Europass profile, and creating or downloading CVs due to unexpected technical errors.
