FAI PhD and Post-Doc Retreat Sion 2025

Sion, Switzerland

The FAI Graduate Center at the University of Augsburg provides a range of support services for doctoral students (Praedocs) and post-doctoral employees (Postdocs). They organize workshops, training sessions, and events to assist young scientists, with a particular emphasis on networking among doctoral candidates and post-docs within the faculty and fostering interdisciplinary communication.

This PhD retreat takes place annually in Sion, Switzerland. During the retreat, I had the opportunity to discuss research ideas for doctoral projects with three professors who have diverse research interests. Several PhD students also participated, allowing us to share our ideas with them. The retreat included various programs such as formulating research questions, conducting multidisciplinary research, and a workshop on using AI in our research.Write here the description...

Cartography MSc (Co-funded by Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union)

This scholarship is co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, which allows me to study at 4 universities as a master's student. For the first semester, I studied at TUM in Germany. Then I have to move to study for the 2nd semester at TU Vienna in Austria. After that, for the 3rd semester at TU Dresden in Germany. During the first and third semesters, online modules from the University of Twente are integrated into the curriculum. In the 4th semester, students prepare their Master's thesis at one of the four participating universities.
