Doctoral researcher

–

PhD Fellow in Human Sciences for Innovation, Inclusion and Sustainability, XL cycle, PNRR, project AURORA. Supervisors Prof. Stefania Capogna and Prof. Eliseo Sciarretta.

  1. Thesis. What compulsory online training means for non-managerial staff of municipalities in Italy and Spain, read through the Capability Approach (Sen, Nussbaum, Robeyns). A course is a resource, and conversion factors such as guaranteed working time decide whether it turns into learning. The capability to learn is treated as a second-order capability, and the two countries differ in the form of the duty, written for the employee alone in Italy and together with the right to train in Spain.
  2. Methods. Scoping reviews (PRISMA-ScR), analysis of laws and municipal training plans, a survey and in-depth interviews with municipal staff in both countries
  3. Entropy Knowledge Network, industrial partner. Feasibility study and design of a knowledge-management platform for a public administration (2025), with co-design workshops, user personas, functional requirements, a benchmark of Confluence, Notion and SharePoint, and Agile sprints
  4. Teaching. Ethics of AI courses for professionals; training team of the BUTH-AI hackathons on AI ethics for secondary schools (Erasmus+ Jean Monnet, 2026); trainer, Use of AI in Education, 27 hours (D-ChallengHE, 2024)
  5. Publications. Journal of Posthumanism (2026), Quaderni di Comunità (two articles, 2025), Journal of Digital Pedagogy (2024)
  6. Talks. HEAd'25 (Valencia), FORGING webinar on Industry 5.0 (December 2025), IPR4SC final conference (Ljubljana), Confprofessioni
