Organisational skills

Work-related Skills

I effectively manage urgent requests and consistently meet deadlines. My critical thinking, experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, and ability to work in multidisciplinary contexts enable me to perform at very high levels.

My strong analytical skills, clear communication and strategic evaluation of costs and opportunities contributed to the success of several reports. Above all, the Academic Offer of Advanced Digital Skills 2020 report, was cited in EC-COM(2021) 205 and Stanford University's Artificial Intelligence Index Report 2021, and the policy brief EU in the global Artificial Intelligence landscape was referenced in the 2024 Draghi Report The future of European competitiveness – A competitiveness strategy for Europe.

As co-leader and later project leader in several projects, I oversaw almost all the aspects of the research process, from data analysis to report drafting. I fostered a collaborative team environment, ensuring timely delivery of outputs and presenting findings to key stakeholders, including DGs of the European Commission. My commitment to collaboration and inclusivity has consistently improved workplace efficiency and garnered appreciation from both management and colleagues, helping to cultivate positive relationships and a more productive working environment.
