Head of Operations

Working at the crossroads of people, operations, projects, and finance. Beyond managing structures and processes, my role is creating the conditions in which people and projects can thrive. Project Manager – FISR2

Managing a four year EU-funded project, ie. regional project connecting teams and institutions in Western Balkans and Türkiye with European Commission in their EU accession processes (preparing their Economic Reform Programmes and implementing their Reform Agendas). Creating a regional capacity building platform for countries to exchange experience and challenges among themselves (peer learning) and learning from the experience of member states.

Managed upgrading the IT system and legal framework for back office operations, ie. IT system supporting payments of Banka Slovenije and providing payment services for its custmers (Single Treasury Accounts for state's and municipalities' treasuries). The project included re-inovation and digitalization of processes, legal framework and analytical accounting.
