Main Responsibilities:

1. Research & content creation covering digital credentials, certification systems, European standards, interoperability and digital skills. I build learning opportunities for clients from the educational sector.
2. Bid writing: Developing bid ideas and writing project proposals.
3. Consulting: Providing guidance to educational institutions and support the EU Commission with digital credential implementation.
4. External Support to NTT Data (2024 - ongoing): Supporting the "Transparent and trusted data on qualifications, learning opportunities, accreditation, and digital credentials for learning 2024" contract with DG EMPL Unit B3 (formerly B2).
5. Mondragon University (2023 - ongoing): I support the development of a digital credentialing system tailored to the institution's needs.
6. EU4Dual Connect (2023 - 2025): Help EU-based dual-education institutions develop digital credentials that enhance student skills and employability.
7. Digital Skills Project in Asia (2023 - 2024): Delivered consulting and research services to improve digital skills among university students in Bangladesh, India and Vietnam.

9. Yourope (HORIZON Europe, 2024 - 2027): I am currently leading the communication and dissemination work package for this EU-funded project focused on empowering young people and peripheral communities to participate in EU's democratic processes.
10. LCAMP (Erasmus +, 2022- 2026): I project managed the Technical Development & Support work package within this international initiative promoting sustainability in Advanced Manufacturing education.

I am a member of a transnational network supporting the peace process in Colombia through a culture of dialogue.

1. Knowledge Management: My current focus is on developing an institutional knowledge repository to ensure effective knowledge transfer between team members and across projects.
2. Technical Support: I also provide technical assistance for both internal and external events, ensuring smooth digital operations and participant engagement.
3. Membership Protocols: In the past I've contributed to establishing protocols for new member induction, including entry/exit interviews and wellbeing support systems.
4. Coordination of Virtual Dialogues: I've hosted regular online dialogue sessions on reconciliation, under the collaboration of Rodeemos el Diálogo, the former Winchester Centre of Religion, Reconciliation and Peace, and the Oxford Network for Peace Studies.
5. Internal Facilitation: I've previously led internal team dialogues to strengthen dialogical communication practices and build stronger team connections.

I was responsible for email marketing and copywriting at start-up developing educational apps for kids with speech delay. I lead email marketing campaigns, determining timelines, cohorts, and budgets, and wrote copy for emails and landing pages. I set up regular (A/B) testing, and analysed the test results to optimize engagement and conversion rates, and supported the Product team with surveys, focus groups, and copy- and UX-writing.

I volunteered at the Association of Slovenes Educated Abroad, where I co-organised social and academic events in London and virtually, have written and supported publications, and acted as a point of contact for Slovene students, academics, and professionals already in the UK or preparing to make the journey across the sea.

Responsible for researching, identifying, and interviewing executive leaders in the Higher Education-, Arts- and NGO sectors internationally, with the aim to increase diversity in leadership roles. I increased diversity of candidate fields by 17% (avg.) by supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds with application support.

Freelance project, conducting desk research on the psychology of charitable behaviours. Created a literature review advising the Rare Disease Day Campaign on increasing engagement and donations.

I volunteered at a Slovenian charity dedicated to the integration of refugees. I have taught Slovenian and English language classes for small groups and individuals, and participated in events aiming to support the integration of children and adults arriving to Slovenia from Syria and Iran.

I communicated with the Psychology department to secure funding for our society, and worked with the department to improve the orientation process for first-year students. I organised fundraising events that benefited a local mental health charity. As the publicist, I've introduced and designed a consistent signature visual style for all society materials to strengthen our campus presence.

I volunteered at a London-based charity dedicated to the rehabilitation of offenders. I built partnerships with local universities and care homes to start community poetry workshops that brought different groups together. My work led to a published poetry book featuring writing from prisoners, elderly residents, and university students
