Leonid Abarbarchuk
In addition to my primary position as a chemistry Associate Professor, I have more than 10 years of experience organizing the All-Ukrainian Student Chemistry Olympiad. During this time, I have successfully prepared and mentored over 20 winners at the national level, helping them achieve outstanding results and fostering their interest in chemistry and scientific research.
I have hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization, particularly in conducting statistical studies for the assessment of natural water sources. This work has strengthened my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
I have a basic understanding of accounting principles and processes. I am also highly proficient with computer technology, being capable of performing basic hardware maintenance and repairs, installing and configuring software on Windows and Android platforms, setting up network and multimedia equipment, and providing technical support when needed.
Besides that, for 10 years I developed, implemented, and maintained a comprehensive faculty performance evaluation and ranking system at the university level. The project required strong project management skills, systematic data collection, database maintenance, and clear reporting to support administrative decision-making.
I am a responsible, proactive, and adaptable professional, ready to apply my diverse skills in teaching, data analysis, IT support, and project coordination in new professional challenges.
