Quality Manager

As a quality manager, I coordinated the activities required to meet quality standards. Where appropriate, I advised on changes, implemented them, and provided training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards.

- Overall monitoring of the KPI's. Delivering action plans in case of not achieving the set targets.

- Monitoring all milestones of the project; assigning roles to team members (including determining the autonomy of decision-making); authorisation of tasks; following the progress of the individual assignment; correction (when needed); reviewing completed jobs; and reporting.

- Successfully organised and executed a Global Quality Council in 2018. The committee was a week-long event that included seminars, training, and some sightseeing activities. Participants were Quality Managers from all PH branches, including the USA, China, India, etc.
