  1. Worked on an extensive project about UX in web and mobile Fintech apps
  2. Gained first-hand experience with various UX research methods, including usability testing, user interviews and A/B testing
  3. Worked on multiple projects focused on the analysis and improvement of websites, platforms and internal systems of clients such as Novartis, Medex, A1, NLB, NKBM and more
  4. Conducted basic web analytics with Google Analytics and presented the findings and interpretations in Google Data Studio
  5. Gained an understanding of “invisible” practices that improve the user experience, which I then used to suggest improvements to our clients

  1. Conducted UX analyses of competing survey tools in order to inform our own designs
  2. Conducted various types of research with the goal of improving the 1KA survey platform, including web survey methodology research, market research and basic statistical analyses

  4. Wrote two research reports, which are published on ResearchGate and the Repository of University of Ljubljana
