The Europass platform may face unexpected issues on some functionalities due to technical updates or errors.
Below you can find a list of confirmed times when such incidents have occurred. This list is compiled and verified by the Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion (EMPL) and can be provided as proof of inability to access some functionalities of the Europass platform.

The functionalities enabling end-users to download and store the Europass CV as well as other functionalities of the platform were not accessible from 23/12/2020 noon to 4/1/2021 evening. The difficulties were connected to the new release of the platform and have since all been resolved.
Some of the functionalities of Europass could not be accessed due to planned technical maintenance
Users were not able to create new accounts due to backend synchronisation related issues.
Unplanned issues were caused to to a technical update and users were not able to register a new account.
EU login was slow and users had issues logging in to their Europass account.
Sharing the Europass Profile or files from the Europass Library was temporarily unavailable between Thursday 10/06/2021 to Thursday 17/06/2021.
A few users may have been affected by unexpected technical problems. Creating and downloading a CV may have been temporarily affected during 16/06 - 18/06.
